Due to business growth, we are seeking to appoint a Full Time Operations Co-ordinator in our fulfilment team. (Part time applications will be considered)
We are a team of specialists in Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers, E-Vouchers and mobile gifting providing management and implementation of all aspects of pre-paid gifting programmes across a variety of businesses including retail and leisure.
•Responsible for administering the sales and fulfilment of orders for NGC Europe’s Gift Card and Gift Voucher clients
•Responding to customers via telephone and email
•Processing the distribution of Gift Cards
•Compliance with all audit requirements
The role is office based. Company working hours are 8am to 5.30pm and the role is 37.5 hours per week. The team operate a 3 week rota to ensure service is covered (Week 1 - 8am to 4pm, Week 2 - 9am to 5pm and Week 3 - 9.30am to 5.30pm)
Full training will be provided on all company processes and the successful individual will be expected to maintain a good understanding of the Company's products and services.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

•Focused on delivering results and ability to work under pressure of deadlines
•Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
•Computer skills (in particular Word and Excel)
•Team worker, as a member of a small team able to be both resourceful and adaptable
